How does the HaulFirst platform work?
HaulFirst connects Waste Centers with verified Haulers in real time. You post a load, set your preferred rate, and Haulers can instantly claim and complete the job. The platform automates dispatching, tracking, and weekly payments, saving you time and paperwork.
Why should I use HaulFirst?

How do I post a new load?
Go to the Loads section and click Create load. Select date & time, provide pickup/disposal sites, material type and rate (flat or per ton). Review details before posting.
What happens if no one claims my load?
If the load stays Open until pickup time, it automatically expires. You can update the details and Repost it to attract new Haulers.
How do I verify a completed load?
When a Hauler marks the load as completed, you’ll receive a notification. Open the load details, review proof photos from Hauler and click Verify, so the Hauler can be paid in the current cycle.
How can I pay for my loads?
You can pay via ACH bank transfer or debit/credit card. Please note that an additional processing fee applies when paying by card.
How are payments calculated?
At the end of each billing week (Mon 12 AM – Sun 11:59 PM, ET), the system totals all completed loads and creates a single batch payment for your Waste Center.
